Virtual Clinician – Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Conduct approximately 30-minute online Video Visits with members from Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plans.

• Review members' medications and medical histories.

• Provide education to members regarding their health and address any inquiries.

• Work from a private space with a reliable internet connection.

• Ensure 40 hours of availability each week and achieve a capacity of over 320 units monthly.

• Consistently complete 220 or more visits each month.

• Participate in regular meetings with managers, teams, and clinical staff.

• Meet operational, clinical, and member experience KPIs and metrics set by Signify Health.

• Interact remotely with health plan members.

• Utilize computers, phones, iPads, and other electronic devices during visits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Qualification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

• Board certification is mandatory.

• Possess active state licenses in the relevant coverage areas.

• Capability to acquire and maintain multi-state licenses in the coverage area as necessary.

• Primary coverage area is Washington.

• FNP or AGNP certification is preferred for Nurse Practitioners.

• Experience with Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in-home visits, telehealth delivery, or a similar format is preferred.

• Must be trained and credentialed for all health plan clients and lines of business in the primary coverage state(s).

• Maintain training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit standards.

• Must have broadband connectivity with enabled video and audio.

• A quiet setting with a neutral background is required for conducting visits.

• Ability to maintain health plan member privacy in accordance with CVS Health guidelines.

• Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills are essential.

• Ability to work independently without direct supervision and practice autonomously.

• Proficiency in information management and technology is needed.
