Virtual Clinician – Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Conduct online Video Visits lasting approximately 30 minutes with members of Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and select commercial plans.

• Review patients' medications and medical histories during these Video Visits.

• Educate members about their health and address any questions they may have.

• Assist in closing gaps in care.

• Operate from a private area with a reliable internet connection.

• Provide 40 hours of availability weekly and maintain a capacity of over 320 units per month.

• Ensure a high visit completion rate, achieving over 220 completed visits monthly.

• Stay up-to-date with training, affiliation, and compliance with Video Visit protocols.

• Participate in regular meetings with management, teams, and clinical staff.

• Meet the operational, clinical, and member experience KPIs and metrics set by Signify Health.

• Conduct telehealth Video Visits exclusively.

• Practice independently while safeguarding member privacy and adhering to remote visit standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant; the position specifically seeks full-time, board-certified nurse practitioners.

• Board certification is mandatory.

• Active state licenses in the relevant coverage areas are required.

• Training and credentialing for all health plan clients and lines of business in primary coverage state(s) is essential.

• Capability to acquire and maintain multi-state licenses in the coverage area, as necessary.

• FNP or AGNP certification is preferred for Nurse Practitioners.

• Experience with Signify Health In-Home Health Evaluations, Video Visits, in-home visits, telehealth delivery, or a similar format is advantageous.

• Must provide 40 hours of availability per week.

• Ability to conduct visits from a private, quiet environment with a neutral background and sufficient broadband connectivity, with video and audio enabled.

• Must uphold health plan member privacy in accordance with CVS Health guidelines.

• Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills are required.

• Ability to work independently and practice autonomously.

• Proficiency in information management and technology is necessary.

• Ability to interact with members remotely, including sitting, writing, operating computers and phones, speaking clearly, and hearing member responses.

• Capability to view and read computer screens, iPads, and other electronic devices.
