This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver inbound or outbound non-promotional disease-state education and/or support to designated customers as instructed by the client company.
• Offer therapy education and assistance.
• Gather, verify, and input demographic information into the designated CRM for program enrollment and documentation purposes.
• Maintain high-quality standards and provide exceptional customer service while following call guides, talking points, and FAQs.
• Utilize only approved materials supplied by Inizio or the client, without altering, copying, or distributing any information.
• Attend and successfully complete all required training sessions, courses, and competency evaluations.
• Fulfill administrative duties, including software updates, correspondence, and time reporting.
• Participate in local and national program meetings and/or conferences as required and if feasible.
• Comply with company and client policies, procedures, and training standards.
• Execute other reasonable tasks as assigned.
• Protect patient privacy and confidentiality in a remote environment according to HIPAA Privacy and Security Regulations.
• Return and maintain company equipment and materials in accordance with company guidelines.
• Active U.S. Healthcare professional license (RN, RT).
• Associate degree/Bachelor’s/BSN or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Preferred minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory disease state or a related field.
• Eagerness to consistently enhance professional knowledge.
• Familiarity with Call Center Telephone Technology is preferred.
• Strong and professional communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities, a pleasant telephone demeanor, and a clear speaking voice.
• Proven organizational skills and the capability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining a keen attention to detail and precision.
• Commitment to process excellence and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, client-specific applications, and database systems.
• Capability to participate in frequent meetings and calls without interruptions or disconnections.
• Ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality in a remote setting as per HIPAA guidelines.
• Capacity to attend and successfully complete mandated training sessions, courses, and competency assessments.
• Competence to fulfill necessary administrative responsibilities within program deadlines.
