Virtual Clinical Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver inbound or outbound non-promotional educational support related to disease states to designated customers.

• Offer product education on therapies and medical devices, which includes training support for supplemental injection, infusion, and inhalation techniques.

• Conduct virtual educational sessions for healthcare professionals, patients, caregivers, and other specified customers.

• Provide outbound support for medication adherence to patients and their caregivers.

• Register patients and caregivers for educational seminars and supply resources for local community services or care centers.

• Gather demographic information and manage the disposition for products, samples, reimbursement services, and literature distribution.

• Uphold high standards of quality and customer service while following program scripts or talking points.

• Utilize live video conferencing tools and client-specific websites as necessary.

• Only use materials that have been pre-approved by Inizio or the client.

• Build and enhance relationships with key customers.

• Facilitate the development and delivery of services across various healthcare sectors.

• Execute administrative tasks including daily computer updates, weekly activity reports, emails, and time tracking.

• Participate in mandatory local and national meetings or conferences.

• Maintain company equipment and supplies.

• Perform additional duties as requested.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid US RN License.

• Associate's Degree / Bachelor's/BSN or equivalent relevant experience.

• Ideally, at least 3 years of experience in a specific disease state or a related field.

• Exhibit effective and professional communication skills.

• Possess excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly telephone demeanor and clear speaking voice.

• Proficient in Call Center Telephone Technology.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• A self-motivated individual with a high level of personal drive.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Evidence of ongoing professional development and a commitment to regularly updating knowledge.

• Must have stable, reliable, high-speed internet access at home.

• Must have a designated, quiet home office space free from distractions.

• Required to complete necessary training courses and competency evaluations to the specified standards and deadlines.
