Virtual Clinical Educator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Deliver inbound or outbound non-promotional educational support focused on disease states to designated customers.

• Provide outbound medication adherence assistance for patients and/or their caregivers, which may include evenings and weekends as necessary.

• Gather demographic information and manage disposition for reimbursement services and literature distribution.

• Uphold high standards of quality and customer service while adhering to program talking points or call guidelines.

• Utilize live video conferencing tools and client-specific websites as required.

• Utilize only the sanctioned materials supplied by Inizio or the client.

• Complete necessary training courses and competency evaluations.

• Build and enhance relationships with key customers.

• Support the development and delivery of services across various healthcare sectors.

• Identify creative strategies that could lead to new partnership opportunities.

• Fulfill administrative duties, including updating computer records, submitting activity reports, managing emails, and tracking time.

• Participate in meetings and conferences to remain updated and share knowledge.

• Maintain company equipment and supplies.

• Carry out other tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active US healthcare professional license: RN.

• Associate's Degree/Bachelor's Degree/BSN.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Neurology or sleep disorder is preferred.

• Strong and professional communication skills.

• Exceptional interpersonal abilities with a friendly telephone manner and clear speaking voice.

• Proficiency with Call Center Telephone Technology.

• Proven organizational skills.

• Self-motivated and driven individual.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Willingness to attend local and national meetings and/or conferences as necessary.

• Must adhere to Inizio and Client policies and procedures.
