Virtual Auto Supplement Estimator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop, review, and finalize detailed auto damage estimates for both first-party and third-party claims.

• Independently write and prepare supplements based on repair findings and any additional damage identified.

• Generate precise repair estimates utilizing industry-standard estimating platforms, with a focus on CCC ONE.

• Negotiate repair costs and supplements directly with body shops and repair facilities.

• Evaluate repairability, consistency of damage, and accuracy of estimates.

• Assist in repair-versus-total-loss assessments through detailed estimate and valuation analysis.

• Ensure that estimates comply with company guidelines, policy coverage, and relevant claims handling procedures.

• Keep thorough documentation of estimate decisions, negotiations, and claim-related activities.

• Collaborate with claims professionals, repair facilities, and customers to ensure prompt resolution of claims.

• Manage workload autonomously while fulfilling productivity and quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in auto damage estimating.

• Direct experience in negotiating with body shops.

• Familiarity with writing and managing supplements.

• Proficiency in creating and compiling estimates from the ground up, rather than just auditing or reviewing existing estimates.

• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes, procedures, and damage assessment.

• Previous experience with CCC ONE estimating software.

• Excellent written and verbal negotiation abilities.

• Capability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

• Advanced-level estimator experience comparable to an Estimator III role.

• Prior experience managing complex supplement and repair negotiations.

• Exposure to total loss and valuation scenarios.

• Previous experience in insurance carrier or collision repair estimating.

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States.

• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace when working from home.

• Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
