VIP Relationship Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Execute client acquisition and manage relationships for a portfolio of global VIP clients.

• Deliver customized VIP support and account management for clients who speak Polish and German.

• Cultivate, strengthen, and grow relationships with existing clients through regular and meaningful communication.

• Develop customer service processes and systems, establish management protocols, and monitor key client metrics.

• Examine client behavior, uncover unexpressed needs, and generate essential client analysis reports.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to ensure the best service solutions and customer experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• A client portfolio that includes institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, private banking customers with brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks, among others.

• Experience in trading platforms or exchanges is highly beneficial.

• Previous experience in sales and client services within an international financial context, such as banking or investments, is preferred.

• Excellent communication and writing skills.

• Capability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines while effectively multitasking.

• A passion for the fast-evolving crypto industry along with an awareness of the latest trends and innovations.

• Proficiency in both Polish and German.
