📋 Description

• Review YouTube and long-form videos to pinpoint amusing, surprising, emotional, controversial, or highly shareable segments.

• Utilize AI transcription and review tools to efficiently identify clippable moments.

• Edit selected moments into short-form clips for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X.

• Incorporate captions, make cuts, adjust pacing, and apply light visual enhancements.

• Ensure a steady output of clips while maintaining high quality.

• Oversee and manage the creator's clipping pages across various social media platforms.

• Adhere to a consistent posting schedule.

• Track basic performance metrics and highlight successful content.

• Interact with comments and engage with the community as necessary.

• Contribute creative ideas for content distribution and audience expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• A genuine understanding of what makes a moment from a YouTube or long-form video suitable for clipping.

• Capability to efficiently watch and process large volumes of video content.

• Familiarity with AI tools for transcription and content review.

• Basic video editing skills to create clean, platform-ready short-form clips.

• Knowledge of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X.

• Ability to maintain a regular posting schedule across several platforms.

• Quick and self-motivated, requiring minimal daily supervision.

• Availability during US business hours.

• An updated resume is required.

• A portfolio link or examples of created clips, short-form content, or managed pages is necessary.

• A short Loom video (1–2 minutes) introducing yourself and outlining relevant experience is required.

• Candidates must submit both examples and a Loom video to advance in the application process.
