Junior Social Media Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee community management across all social media platforms

• Design and execute innovative and captivating social media campaigns

• Generate ideas for social media content categories and creative elements

• Craft imaginative copy and adapt voice/tone as needed for various projects

• Distribute content across all social media channels

• Create content calendars and establish timelines for each campaign

• Plan talent activations, contests/sweepstakes, and digital initiatives

• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns throughout the organization

• Manage reporting and analytics

• Formulate social strategies

• Compose copy for diverse target audiences

• Develop concepts for social media creatives

• Interact with audiences on social media platforms

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with major social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook)

• Familiarity with newer/emerging social platforms such as TikTok and Clubhouse

• Background in social campaigns within the entertainment or television sectors

• Strong skills in copywriting

• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions

• Candidates must reside in the United States

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Availability required Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm PST

• Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends

• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours or on weekends as necessary
