Junior Marketing Graduate – Influencer, Social Media Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist the Senior Operations Manager in the initiation and management of influencer marketing campaigns.

• Ensure effective execution and communication throughout influencer campaigns.

• Evaluate influencers for brand safety, audience relevance, and compliance.

• Oversee influencer interactions during the vetting process and content evaluations.

• Review and sanction influencer content in line with brand standards.

• Monitor campaign schedules and keep internal teams informed.

• Organize campaign materials.

• Provide administrative assistance as part of the Client Success team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Open to candidates from the Greater Metro Manila Area and Pampanga/Clark only.

• Only Philippine citizens will be considered.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level (C1).

• Familiarity with or experience in marketing, social media, or influencer marketing.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, international business, or a related field.

• Excellent written communication skills, particularly in email correspondence.

• Creative, detail-oriented, and process-focused mindset.

• Experience in influencer/creator operations or similar marketing roles is an advantage.

• Previous use of project management tools like Monday.com is a plus.

• Knowledge of U.S. social media trends and platforms is beneficial.

• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Slack is advantageous.

• A proactive, collaborative attitude with a desire to learn and develop.

• A secure and quiet workspace.

• Internet speeds of at least 25 Mbps are required.

• Willingness to align with U.S. Eastern Time during Daylight Savings.
