Social Media Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for the performance of the area, emphasizing product or service quality and achieving objectives and targets.

• Recognize opportunities for improvement and implement innovative solutions to establish and maintain effective processes.

• Assess the relevance and compatibility of new technologies, knowledge, and processes in collaboration with Management.

• Ensure all content reflects the brand’s tone of voice and adheres to its visual identity.

• Create content formats and editorial calendars, suggest creators, and align planning with the most effective tools and initiatives for the area.

• Oversee the team, fostering the technical and behavioral development of employees.

• Monitor metrics and KPIs, such as engagement, reach, ROI, and conversion rates, to evaluate the success of initiatives.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in English at an advanced level.

• Willingness to travel for work purposes.
