Junior Social Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop, schedule, and publish monthly social media calendars for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

• Evaluate and modify Olly AI-generated campaigns to ensure they meet each client's industry standards, local marketing goals, and brand voice.

• Oversee a portfolio expansion from 100–150 accounts to a comprehensive portfolio of over 225 small business clients.

• Work in conjunction with Account Managers and Account Coordinators to implement feedback and manage revisions.

• Stay updated on the changing guidelines, dimensions, and algorithms of social media platforms.

• Suggest layout and template modifications to enhance content formatting and engagement levels.

• Guarantee the timely delivery of on-brand, error-free monthly content.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or digital production.

• Experience in an agency or high-volume account management setting is highly advantageous.

• Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in pipeline management.

• Capability to meet deadlines across more than 200 distinct accounts simultaneously.

• Strong visual sense for post layouts and typographic hierarchy.

• Outstanding proofreading and editorial skills.

• Familiarity with or willingness to collaborate with generative AI tools.

• Knowledge of digital asset libraries and automated publishing platforms.

• Ability to quickly adapt to different industries.
