Video Editing and Graphic Design Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Edit short-form videos (10–60 seconds) intended for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

• Incorporate captions, overlays, transitions, and branding elements into videos.

• Transform creator videos into multiple captivating clips.

• Ensure quality, pacing, and consistency across all content.

• Create, schedule, and share content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X.

• Conduct research on trends, popular audio, hashtags, and content strategies.

• Enhance posts for maximum reach and engagement.

• Assist with analytics tracking and basic reporting.

• Stay informed about sports events, betting odds, and current trends.

• Utilize fundamental betting concepts such as spreads, props, parlays, and picks.

• Write captions that resonate with sports and betting culture.

• Keep content libraries organized and up-to-date.

• Resolve minor upload or formatting issues as they arise.

• Adhere to standard operating procedures and adapt based on feedback.

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members based in the U.S.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Video Editing and Graphic Design.

• Experience in Social Media management is a plus.

• Demonstrated experience in editing short-form video content (portfolio is a plus).

• Strong proficiency with CapCut and Canva.

• Knowledge of sports and sports betting is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with TikTok-style formats, pacing, and current trends.

• Excellent comprehension and communication skills in English.

• Highly tech-savvy and open to learning new tools.

• Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills.

• Available to work Monday through Sunday, excluding Thursday, from 12:00 AM to 5:00 AM Philippine Time.
