This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main insights partner for the executive leadership in Global Sales and Global Partnerships.
• Convert commercial inquiries into analytical projects and turn analytical findings into actionable strategies.
• Establish strong relationships with venue leaders and property-level sales teams.
• Represent the insights department during client-facing presentations, renewals, annual business reviews, and property leadership discussions.
• Define the agenda for business measurement initiatives.
• Oversee reporting and measurement of partnership sales performance, including pipeline tracking, pacing, closure rates, category coverage, and revenue against targets.
• Develop sponsor fulfillment and delivery analytics for renewal discussions.
• Create analytics for renewal risks, whitespace opportunities, and prospecting efforts.
• Standardize definitions and reporting of partnership performance across various properties.
• Collaborate with feasibility and consulting teams on valuation and market study projects.
• Direct analytics for season, group, premium, and single-event ticket sales.
• Assist with pricing strategies, demand forecasting, inventory management, and yield optimization.
• Implement lead scoring, propensity, churn, and retention models via CRM in collaboration with Central Insights.
• Generate reports on pipeline, productivity, and representative performance.
• Provide support for premium and new-build sales with pricing, positioning, and take-rate analyses.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of directors, managers, and embedded analysts.
• Set standards for intake, prioritization, delivery, and portfolio-wide reporting.
• Collaborate on data architecture, ensure CRM data quality, and oversee model deployment and AI-enabled tools.
• Offer thought leadership in analytics, AI, and commercial measurement practices.
• Over 8 years of experience in analytics, insights, business intelligence, or quantitative consulting, with substantial interaction with senior organizational leaders.
• Proven ability to lead and expand an analytics team, including managing director- or manager-level personnel.
• Preferred experience in sports, entertainment, live events, or venue management.
• History of developing analytics that enhance revenue operations such as sponsorship, ticketing, premium offerings, or media, along with evidence of how this work influenced decision-making.
• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in business analytics, statistics, economics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in establishing an analytics function where none previously existed, or in standardizing analytics across a decentralized portfolio, is a significant advantage.
• Proficient in commercial analytics, including pricing, forecasting, pipeline and funnel metrics, segmentation, and performance evaluation.
• Hands-on analytical skills; familiarity with SQL, Excel, Python, R, and Tableau is beneficial.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted analytics tools, such as Claude Code.
• Strong comprehension of CRM platforms (Salesforce) as both a data source and a channel for analytics adoption.
• Excellent consultative stakeholder management skills with internal leadership, venues, and clients.
