This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
β’ Lead the Product team at Onfleet, overseeing the translation of strategy into actionable roadmaps and successfully launched products.
β’ Refine product strategy and determine the evolution of the product suite as the company grows.
β’ Report directly to the CEO while managing Product Management, Design, and User Research teams.
β’ Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams.
β’ Own and continuously update the product roadmap.
β’ Prioritize quarterly product initiatives and competing projects.
β’ Develop a comprehensive understanding of the last-mile delivery sector and its primary users.
β’ Lead quarterly and annual planning sessions alongside Engineering and go-to-market leaders.
β’ Establish company objectives that link product efforts to business results.
β’ Manage the collection, prioritization, and follow-up of product feedback.
β’ Coordinate tasks across teams and identify dependencies and risks.
β’ Align product success metrics with company metrics and leverage adoption data.
β’ Represent the Product team internally, to the board, customer advisory boards, and key clients.
β’ Cultivate a positive team culture and design team structures, processes, and tools.
β’ Mentor the team and outline growth trajectories.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS product roles.
β’ More than 5 years of experience leading product teams.
β’ At least 3 years in a Director of Product position or higher.
β’ Proven track record of managing Product in a Series B+ company generating tens of millions in ARR.
β’ Experience guiding a product through an upward transition into enterprise markets.
β’ Direct experience in hiring, managing, and nurturing Product Managers, Designers, and User Researchers.
β’ Extensive background in UX and design.
β’ Experience overseeing usability testing, conducting user interviews, and running experiments.
β’ Proven ability to collaborate with Engineering on project scoping, scope stability, and iterative delivery.
β’ Experience conducting market research to assess opportunities.
β’ Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
β’ Experience in building or managing a Product Operations function.
β’ Proficient in Jira, Productboard, and Amplitude.
β’ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Highly organized with a strong focus on achieving results.
