This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Collaborate with the President to evaluate and enhance the performance of the regional sales team.
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies across various market segments to optimize revenue.
• Take ownership of and achieve or surpass annual sales targets within designated territories.
• Implement strategic plans aimed at reaching sales goals and expanding the customer base.
• Supervise the Southeast USA Enterprise Sales team.
• Convey the Company’s vision to the Enterprise Sales team.
• Identify and analyze market landscapes, opportunities, and trends.
• Manage performance and outcomes with Enterprise Sales Executives through direct oversight and development.
• Establish key performance indicators and evaluate Sales Executives' performance.
• Regularly present sales results to company leadership.
• Collaborate with global Sales to execute sales strategies and share best practices.
• Analyze competitor sales activities and suggest adjustments to maintain TeamViewer’s competitive advantage.
• Oversee the performance management of sales personnel, particularly those underperforming.
• Ensure that best practices are disseminated and utilized throughout the Sales organization.
• Create and implement new business initiatives to boost sales.
• Partner with senior leadership, Controlling, and Accounting for budgeting and planning purposes.
• Ensure efficient sales pipeline and lead tracking processes are in place.
• Ensure effective utilization of CRM systems.
• Advocate for the company’s culture and values.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience as a sales executive, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Over 5 years of prior experience in roles such as sales executive, sales manager, or sales and marketing director.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing abilities at all organizational levels, including with executive and C-level leaders.
• Proven track record of driving the sales process from planning through to closing.
• Ability to clearly articulate the unique features of products and services.
• Capability to position products effectively against competitors.
• A successful history of implementing strategic sales plans and initiatives within a technology sales context.
• Excellent listening and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with CRM systems in a sales leadership role, along with proficiency in MS Office, Windows OS, and web-based software applications.
• Willingness to travel both internationally and domestically as required (up to 40% annually).
