This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive revenue growth and commercialize insightsoftware's product portfolio tailored for the Office of the CFO.
• Take charge of strategy and execution for the launch of new products and revenue streams, including the monetization of AI-driven capabilities.
• Propel products and revenue streams from initial concept to significant annual recurring revenue.
• Manage strategy, P&L, and commercialization plans for new products and revenue streams.
• Establish monetization models, pricing structures, and packaging for new and AI-enabled offerings.
• Oversee launch Go/No-Go decision points, pricing validation, and post-launch growth strategies.
• Develop business cases for new products, features, and potential inorganic growth opportunities.
• Lead decisions regarding building, buying, or partnering for new initiatives.
• Promote AI fluency within the team and leverage AI to accelerate discovery, delivery, and go-to-market timelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer success, and services teams to meet acquisition, retention, expansion, and revenue goals.
• Conduct competitive market analysis to identify opportunities, pricing strategies, and potential threats.
• Report on commercialization performance metrics, including ARR, win rates, attach rates, and adoption, to executive leadership and the board.
• Evaluate risks and dependencies across product, engineering, and go-to-market functions.
• Design commercialization strategies, encompassing offer and SKU development, sales enablement, and adoption tracking.
• Develop operating models for AI monetization and influence the strategy for AI-native products.
• Define methods for measuring AI value and correlate AI investments with adoption and revenue generation.
• Manage cross-channel product performance targets while enhancing speed to market and cost efficiencies.
• Shape the strategy for portfolio growth, investment areas, roadmaps, and success metrics.
• Have a solid understanding of product technical architecture and the economics of technical investments.
• Build and lead a high-performing team in product management and product marketing.
• Mentor, guide, support, and develop team talent.
• Cultivate commercial discipline, innovation, and a measured approach to AI utilization.
• Advise Business Unit leadership and the board on commercialization strategies and new revenue opportunities.
• Proven experience managing direct P&L responsibility for a product line, business unit, or division in a B2B software context.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management.
• A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role concentrated on growth, monetization, or commercialization.
• A record of successfully launching new products and revenue streams and scaling them to substantial ARR.
• Familiarity with subscription and usage-based, or AI-driven monetization models.
• Expertise in pricing and packaging strategies.
• Demonstrated fluency in AI, including leveraging AI to enhance product and team performance.
• Experience in delivering or monetizing AI-enabled capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related discipline.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities within a complex, matrixed, global software setting.
• An analytical, data-driven approach with strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
