• Establish the operational and organizational framework essential for substantial growth.

• Develop innovative pipelines for technicians and operational workforce.
• Ensure operational capabilities foster sustained revenue growth.
• Work closely with sales leadership to align resources with customer demands.
• Enhance responsiveness, execution, and customer experience across all operational areas.
• Maintain relationships with key clients and strategic accounts.
• Implement effective operating systems that enhance consistency without introducing bureaucracy.
• Establish meaningful operational metrics and performance indicators.
• Optimize fleet productivity, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to boost profitability while preserving agility.
• Create the operating model needed to support growth within the data center market.
• Develop labor, organizational, and execution strategies for mission-critical environments.
• Facilitate the successful delivery of large-scale data center projects.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the organization.
• Conduct branch visits, ride-alongs, customer meetings, and operational reviews.
• Travel approximately 30–40% to assist in achieving growth objectives.
• Experience in equipment rental, HVAC services, specialty contracting, construction services, or a related industry is required.
• 10+ years of progressive operational leadership experience is necessary.
• Significant multi-site leadership experience with accountability for managers and senior leaders.
• Proven success in assisting organizations to scale during periods of growth and expansion.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and develop leaders.
• Experience in formulating recruitment strategies and workforce development programs.
• Strong customer-facing leadership experience is essential.
• Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time, including overnight stays.
• Capability to use standard office equipment.
• Ability to perform occasional standing, walking, climbing, and site inspections.
• Flexibility to adapt to offices, branches, and job locations.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required.
