This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive academic and operational excellence across various campuses within a designated region.
• Oversee the operations of professional nursing programs.
• Act as a liaison between campus leadership and the Admin/Corporate Office.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train Campus Presidents.
• Manage direct reports through one-on-one meetings, Quarterly Check-Ins, performance management, and training and development initiatives.
• Assess quality indicators such as enrollment, retention, placement, NCLEX pass rates, and compliance audits.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to establish and achieve Wildly Important Goals (WIGs).
• Offer expertise and guidance on operational projects and systems.
• Conduct capital expenditure and operational budget planning, ensuring campus P&L objectives are met.
• Supervise facility planning, which includes space allocation, parking, security, emergency response, business continuity, maintenance, budgets, and furnishing/supplies.
• Link Campus Presidents with corporate resources to uphold compliant student records and administrative policies.
• Identify, recommend, and implement processes, technologies, and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
• Deliver periodic performance reports and metrics to the COO and other leadership members.
• Foster a student-centered culture emphasizing communication, collaboration, and student satisfaction.
• Inform the corporate office of legal matters and notify supervisors regarding management-level personnel changes.
• Ensure Campus Presidents effectively train and supervise their employees.
• Enhance employee morale through positive leadership practices.
• Address student complaints that escalate beyond campus-level management.
• Perform additional duties as required.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• A Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred.
• A minimum of five years of experience, including at least two years in upper management, is required.
• Possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform all essential duties satisfactorily.
• Strong understanding of nursing education, campus operations, financial performance, compliance, and student success.
• Capability to lead operations across multiple campuses.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to assigned campuses.
• Proficient in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and training Campus Presidents.
• Ability to manage direct reports and conduct performance management and development.
• Skilled in analyzing enrollment, retention, placement, NCLEX pass rates, and compliance audits.
• Competence in performing capital expenditure and operational budget planning to meet P&L goals.
• Experience in overseeing facility planning, security, emergency response, business continuity, maintenance, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and college Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Capable of presenting performance reports and metrics to executive leadership.
