This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee multi-state operations at an executive level.
• Guarantee the delivery of high-quality, consistent services.
• Create, standardize, and implement scalable operational frameworks, workflows, and best practices.
• Track regional performance and spearhead corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as a senior escalation point for intricate or high-risk operational challenges.
• Implement enterprise-level strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on national growth strategies, new market expansions, and program launches.
• Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop regional Directors of Operations and senior operational leaders.
• Cultivate leadership pipelines and foster continuous learning.
• Assist in talent retention, succession planning, and organizational design.
• Ensure adherence to federal, state, and program-specific regulations.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Quality teams to reduce risk and ensure audit preparedness.
• Represent GT Independence with state agencies, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Foster a participant-centered, quality-driven operational culture.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Human Services, or a related discipline (mandatory).
• A Master's degree is preferred, or equivalent senior-level operational leadership experience.
• Over 8 years of progressive leadership experience in operations, including senior or executive roles.
• Demonstrated success in managing multi-state or national operations in regulated environments.
• Strong experience in home care, home health, personal care, fiscal intermediary services, or similar sectors.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with administrative procedures.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Skilled in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Travel may be required based on business needs.
• Ability to operate in a highly regulated environment while maintaining regulatory compliance.
