This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of and enhance Genea's brand strategy, positioning, and identity.
• Spearhead the ongoing brand refresh, including a revamped website and content system.
• Oversee channel and partner marketing initiatives through integrators, resellers, and technology partners.
• Lead co-marketing efforts, partner enablement, MDF/co-op programs, and manage a partner advisory board.
• Coordinate marketing strategies across both sell-through and sell-to go-to-market approaches.
• Develop strategies for field and industry events, encompassing ISC West, a partner conference, and a technology-partner showcase.
• Manage product marketing and go-to-market strategies for product and channel launches, including sales enablement and messaging.
• Steer demand generation initiatives and campaigns aimed at net-new logo growth alongside Sales and BDR teams.
• Collaborate with Sales to analyze marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline metrics.
• Assist in creating account-level ABM reporting tailored to a channel model.
• Connect marketing's reporting and martech stack until a dedicated RevOps function is established.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.
• Foster a collaborative and high-accountability culture within the team.
• Manage the marketing budget and oversee ROI reporting.
• Supervise hiring, development, performance management, and organizational design.
• Extensive, hands-on experience in channel marketing.
• Proven experience in marketing through a sell-through/channel two-tier distribution model as well as directly to end users.
• 10-12+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing.
• Leadership in brand-building, including executing brand refreshes and modernizing positioning and identity.
• Experience in partner marketing, including co-marketing, partner enablement, and managing MDF/co-op programs.
• Knowledge of field and industry events as vital drivers for brand recognition and pipeline creation.
• Background in product marketing and launch strategies, encompassing sales enablement and messaging.
• Proficient in ABX marketing operations and attribution using Salesforce.
• Demonstrated leadership in building, mentoring, and scaling marketing teams.
• Strong executive presence and credibility to influence the leadership team.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
• Understanding of how marketing contributes to revenue generation.
• Capability to blend strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Ability to influence without authority and align cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to create structured processes.
• Enthusiasm for and proven success in AI-enabled marketing and execution.
