This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide guidance to investors on market opportunities, investment potential, commercial due diligence, and strategies for value creation.

• Oversee portfolio transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing business performance, driving revenue growth, and boosting competitiveness.

• Cultivate relationships with private equity firms, investors, and leaders of portfolio companies.

• Propel business development, client acquisition, proposals, and revenue growth across advisory services.

• Create investment-focused thought leadership, methodologies, and unique consulting solutions.

• Guide, mentor, and develop consulting teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

• Direct investor advisory projects, business development efforts, and consulting service delivery.

• Foster executive relationships, broaden advisory offerings, drive revenue growth, and build high-performing consulting teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• MBA is preferred.

• 11–13 years of experience in management consulting, transaction advisory, commercial due diligence, corporate strategy, private equity, or related sectors.

• Strong grasp of investment evaluation, portfolio value enhancement, market analysis, and exit strategies.

• Capability to analyze business performance and convert insights into actionable investment suggestions.

• Demonstrated ability to establish client relationships, secure engagements, and stimulate revenue growth.

• Excellent proficiency in English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management.

• Capacity to lead consulting projects, nurture talent, and collaborate across teams.
