Vice President, Industrial

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate executive Growth Dialogues and implement actionable growth strategies utilizing Frost & Sullivan’s Growth Pipeline Engine (GPE).

• Cultivate relationships at the C-suite level, enhance client retention, and broaden strategic accounts.

• Take ownership of the Practice Area strategy, driving revenue growth, profitability, and business development.

• Ensure high consulting quality, successful project delivery, and client satisfaction.

• Broaden the scope of Growth Pipeline Advisory (GPAD) and Growth Pipeline-as-a-Service (GPaaS) offerings.

• Generate thought leadership, pinpoint market opportunities, and reinforce industry presence.

• Mentor teams, develop leadership capabilities, and promote collaboration across practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or Technology.

• Postgraduate qualification is preferred.

• 11–13 years of experience in consulting, advisory, or market intelligence.

• Knowledgeable about manufacturing, industrial markets, competitive landscapes, and market trends.

• Demonstrated ability to drive client growth, business development, revenue, and profitability.

• Strong skills in engaging with the C-suite, managing relationships, and developing accounts.

• Excellent communication in English, along with strong analytical, report-writing, and presentation skills.

• Capable of leading consulting teams, nurturing talent, and collaborating across practices.

• Inquisitive, entrepreneurial, and receptive to new ideas.

• Dedicated to ensuring customer success.
