📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive ICHRA product strategy, roadmap, and capability enhancement across the experiences of employers, brokers, administrators, and members.

• Convert insights from customers, brokers, employers, administrators, members, and the market into scalable products, digital solutions, service offerings, and operational enhancements.

• Collaborate with technology, operations, and business leaders to provide scalable, customer-focused solutions.

• Propel platform and process optimization while leading strategic technology investments.

• Ensure the successful implementation of key initiatives through influence, stakeholder alignment, and operational discipline.

• Direct the design and ongoing enhancement of experiences for customers, brokers, employers, and administrators across both digital and service platforms.

• Track and improve essential business performance metrics.

• Carry out projects and activities to guarantee that the business achieves all product objectives.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

• A Master's Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, business operations, customer experience, strategy, or related fields is required.

• Proven experience in strategic management is essential.

• Experience in a strategic management position is preferred.

• Background in residential PHCE service and replacement is required.

• Equivalent experience gained through achievements in relevant knowledge, duties, scope, and skills consistent with the level of this role is acceptable.

• Must adhere to all policies and standards.
