VP, Strategic Accounts

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee relationships with Large Enterprises as part of Strategic Accounts Management.

• Assist in planning, executing, and assessing the effectiveness of key Large Enterprise partnerships.

• Deliver business management, project management, and insightful support to the EVP and SVP of IAS Business Consulting.

• Spearhead the identification, creation, and development of consulting tools and reporting frameworks.

• Collaborate with Business Development and consulting teams to formulate new store sales growth strategies, recruitment processes, and outcomes.

• Ensure Large Enterprise relationships are held accountable for value delivery.

• Help maintain Large Enterprise partnerships and their associated advisors.

• Direct special initiatives related to Large Enterprise relationships.

• Enhance client experience by pinpointing opportunities and coordinating with LPL departments on deliverables and results.

• Act as essential support for senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of leadership experience.

• Proven experience working collaboratively with individuals across various business lines, functional areas, and organizational levels.

• At least 7 years of experience navigating complex data environments.

• Over 7 years of experience in identifying, extracting, integrating, and working with data from diverse systems.

• More than 7 years of experience ensuring optimal data accuracy.

• A minimum of 7 years of proficiency in the Microsoft Office product suite.

• Advanced Excel skills.

• Advanced PowerPoint skills.

• Intermediate Word skills.

• Client-focused mindset with a dedication to enhancing client experiences while balancing resource needs and profitability.

• Strong general business acumen.

• Capability to independently plan, organize, prioritize, and manage multiple work streams simultaneously.

• Strong strategic and analytical thinking abilities.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
