This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide visionary leadership and establish the strategic direction for the Financial Operations department in alignment with the overall goals of the company.
• Supervise and offer executive-level guidance to Directors, Senior Directors, and other key leaders within the Financial Operations team.
• Collaborate with C-level executives and department heads to ensure that financial processes align with broader business objectives.
• Maintain global oversight of financial operations, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance across various regions.
• Develop and execute risk management strategies and controls, ensuring adherence to internal policies and external regulations.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key global clients, ensuring their financial needs are met and surpassing their expectations.
• Sponsor and oversee strategic projects with cross-departmental outreach, contributing to company-wide objectives.
• Lead budgetary planning and optimization, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial sustainability.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Financial Operations leadership team, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• 15+ years of experience in an accounting or financial services role, with a minimum of 10 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in accounting or finance.
• Proven experience in utilizing artificial intelligence and automation technologies to transform business processes, enhance operational scalability, strengthen governance controls, and improve accuracy across operations.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to resolve complex issues and deliver strategic solutions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as web-based resources.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
• CPA or MBA is advantageous but not mandatory.
