This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic financial guidance and insights that facilitate executive decision-making, enhance enterprise value, and promote long-term growth.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, strategic planning, management reporting, and business performance analysis.
• Offer the CFO, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors actionable financial insights, identifying opportunities, risks, and accountability measures.
• Direct the annual strategic planning process alongside the long-range financial plan.
• Collaborate with business leaders to assess growth opportunities, operational initiatives, capital investments, and strategic alternatives.
• Manage annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and ongoing financial outlooks.
• Analyze financial performance drivers and communicate any variances to management.
• Produce management reporting, executive dashboards, and GAAP/non-GAAP variance analyses.
• Assist with capital planning, liquidity management, share repurchases, funding strategies, and corporate finance activities in conjunction with Treasury.
• Assess mergers, acquisitions, new products, partnerships, and strategic investments.
• Create valuation and scenario models to aid executive decision-making.
• Develop and implement a finance technology roadmap that includes automation, AI, data visualization, and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Data teams to enhance financial systems, reporting, data governance, and process efficiency.
• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing FP&A organization.
• Enhance succession planning and organizational capabilities within the Finance department.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field from an accredited institution or an equivalent qualification.
• Over 12 years of progressive finance experience.
• More than 5 years of leadership experience overseeing managers and professional finance teams.
• Extensive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or business finance leadership roles.
• Significant experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and executive reporting.
• Proven track record of partnering with executive leadership to enhance financial and operational performance.
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, performance management, and strategic planning.
• Ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent executive presence and communication abilities.
• Strong business acumen with the capability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in developing board-level and executive-level presentations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, financial planning software, and data analytics tools.
• Demonstrated capability to lead large-scale process improvement initiatives.
• Strong organizational leadership and talent development skills.
• Preferred: MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Preferred: Experience in a public company setting.
• Preferred: Background in financial services, lending, banking, fintech, or specialty finance.
• Preferred: Experience supporting investor relations, earnings preparation, and Board reporting.
• Preferred: Experience in implementing FP&A systems, planning platforms, or AI-driven finance solutions.
