📋 Description

• Develop and maintain strong, enduring relationships with veterinary clients.

• Promote IDEXX’s range of in-house medical device diagnostics products.

• Interact with customers through informed conversations, business discussions, and educational opportunities.

• Employ consultative selling strategies to align customer requirements with diagnostic solutions.

• Serve as a strategic partner for veterinary clinics.

• Highlight IDEXX’s added value to foster long-term partnerships and enhance customer experiences.

• Provide education and training for veterinary clinic staff on products, services, and marketing strategies.

• Guide and assist stakeholders in navigating identified challenges.

• Broaden the customer base and cultivate long-lasting relationships at various organizational levels.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

• Operate in a field-based sales capacity covering Northern UK and Ireland.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of proven experience in territory management.

• Sales experience in territory management within the veterinary/animal health sector, human healthcare medical device sales, dental device sales, or previous capital equipment sales.

• Strong ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented, cooperative sales environment.

• Proven expertise in consultative selling and acquiring new business.

• Excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholders.

• Proficiency in English – both verbal and written.

• Ability to fulfill the demands of a field sales position, which includes significant car travel, overnight stays, and flexibility for potential weekend work.

• A background in veterinary or medical fields is advantageous.
