Veterinary Client Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage both incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and efficiency

• Assist pet owners with scheduling, rescheduling appointments, and addressing general inquiries

• Adhere to clinic-specific procedures, workflows, and documentation requirements

• Accurately record customer interactions in CRM and scheduling systems

• Escalate urgent issues following established protocols

• Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor during sensitive interactions with customers

• Provide outstanding customer service experiences to support veterinary clinics

• Juggle multiple systems and tasks while ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Fulfill attendance, productivity, and quality standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Must currently reside in México

• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role

• Previous remote work experience is necessary

• Excellent English communication abilities

• Clear pronunciation with a minimal accent

• Strong listening skills and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to adhere to detailed procedures and workflows

• High attention to detail

• Professional and empathetic communication style

• Comfortable managing emotional or sensitive conversations with customers

• Windows 11 computer (Mac systems are not accepted)

• Minimum 16 GB RAM required

• i5 processor or better

• Webcam is necessary

• Wired USB headset is required

• An additional monitor is preferred

• Reliable wired high-speed internet connection (Ethernet cable)

• Quiet and professional workspace

• Backup power solution is necessary
