Support Specialist, Imaging Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Carry out the installation, maintenance, and repair of Brainlab systems, including Loop X and Airo, at hospitals and clinical locations independently.

• Offer both remote and on-site technical assistance, helping clinical users navigate troubleshooting and system operations.

• Perform diagnostics, upgrades, and proactive service inspections to maintain optimal device performance.

• Serve as a reliable technical advisor for clients, cultivating strong relationships and ensuring long-term satisfaction.

• Assist in product launches by managing setup, testing, and user training.

• Accurately document all service-related activities in accordance with established quality standards.

• Work collaboratively with sales, engineering, and clinical support teams to provide a cohesive customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, or a related field.

• Preferably some experience in technical support, ideally within the healthcare industry.

• Familiarity with X-ray systems and/or scanner technology is advantageous.

• Strong abilities in IT, networking, and troubleshooting.

• Autonomous, organized, and solution-focused work approach.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and German.

• Willingness to travel domestically (up to 80%), with potential for occasional international trips.

• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.

• Possession of a valid driver’s license.
