Veterinary Client Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage both incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and efficiency

• Aid pet owners in scheduling, rescheduling appointments, and addressing general inquiries

• Adhere to specific clinic procedures, workflows, and documentation standards

• Precisely record customer interactions in CRM and scheduling platforms

• Elevate urgent issues following established protocols

• Maintain a compassionate and professional demeanor during sensitive customer interactions

• Enhance veterinary clinics by delivering outstanding customer service experiences

• Juggle multiple systems and tasks while ensuring accuracy and efficiency

• Fulfill attendance, productivity, and quality standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Must currently reside in México

• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role

• Previous remote work experience

• Excellent English communication abilities

• Clear pronunciation with a minimal accent

• Strong listening and problem-solving capabilities

• Ability to adhere to detailed procedures and workflows

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Professional and empathetic communication style

• Comfortable managing emotional or sensitive conversations with customers

• Windows 11 computer (Mac not accepted)

• Minimum 16 GB RAM

• i5 processor or better

• Webcam

• Wired USB headset

• An additional monitor

• Reliable wired high-speed internet connection (Ethernet cable)

• Quiet and professional workspace

• Backup power solution
