Veterinarian, Technical Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Clearly convey product labeling details for Elanco products designed for both companion and livestock animals.

• Engage in intricate discussions with internal or external clients to collect or clarify essential findings.

• Gather and input case information concerning adverse events and/or product complaints into the global pharmacovigilance database.

• Evaluate adverse drug event (ADE) data for precision and consistency against original documents, emphasizing compliance and quality.

• Take part in the collection of case follow-up information as necessary.

• Provide support and collaborate with other teams as needed.

• Participate in or lead training sessions on products or procedures for Elanco internal personnel, as required.

• Remain updated on industry trends and product launches.

• Effectively manage time to ensure deadlines for reporting are met.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.

• Valid license to practice veterinary medicine in Canada (within the province of residence).

• Proven experience in veterinary practice and/or prior industry experience in pharmacovigilance or regulatory affairs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (both spoken and written).

• Capability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong verbal communication skills, especially in conflict management, and proficient writing skills.

• Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

• Familiarity with documentation practices and business writing competencies.
