Veterinarian – Full-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Deliver compassionate, Fear Free–aligned in-home euthanasia, hospice, and palliative care for elderly and terminally ill pets.

• Assist and guide families through the pet end-of-life journey.

• Develop relationships with local veterinary clinics and act as an extension of their care services.

• Operate independently in the field while receiving support from medical leadership, Veterinary Care Specialists, and operational teams.

• Ensure accurate and timely medical record-keeping.

• Collaborate with medical leadership and support teams effectively.

• Engage in continuous training, education, and clinical development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM, VMD, or BVMS) from an accredited veterinary institution.

• Active veterinary license in the practicing state, or the capability to obtain one.

• Valid U.S. driver’s license.

• Willingness to work some weekends as part of a rotating schedule.

• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

• Successful completion of a background check and motor vehicle record (MVR) check post-hire and prior to the start date.

• Certification in hospice, palliative care, or Fear Free is advantageous but not mandatory.
