This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
β’ Conduct virtual consultations for pet owners in one or more eligible provinces while adhering to relevant telemedicine regulations.
β’ Partner with hospitals to assist in meeting patient needs.
β’ Offer care for exotic species if desired.
β’ Accept consultations based on availability and professional preferences.
β’ Facilitate access to veterinary care and help reduce workloads for traditional brick-and-mortar hospitals.
β’ Provide consultations based on client demand through services available 24/7, 365 days a year.
β’ Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE).
β’ Unrestricted veterinary medicine practice license in one or more of the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, or New Brunswick.
β’ A minimum of 2 years' experience as a practicing veterinarian.
β’ Excellent client communication skills, strong clinical judgment, and critical thinking capabilities.
β’ Experience working with exotic species is an asset.
β’ Preference will be given to candidates with licenses in multiple provinces, including Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Florida, or New York.
