Beverage Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Assist the team in meeting daily production, quality, and safety standards.

• Adhere to safety regulations and job specifications in everyday operations.

• Receive and fulfill work orders through email correspondence.

• Participate in scheduled training sessions and safety courses.

• Utilize a multimeter and other basic diagnostic tools alongside service manuals to troubleshoot hot beverage equipment issues and identify cost-effective solutions.

• Complete all assigned tasks and the necessary documentation.

• Follow internal ticketing and work-tracking protocols.

• Communicate in a professional manner with customers and deliver outstanding customer service.

• Provide equipment training as required to ensure high-quality beverage delivery.

• Maintain the service vehicle and inventory in accordance with company standards.

• Operate with minimal supervision and periodic guidance.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• 2-5 years of experience with hot beverage dispensing equipment is preferred but not mandatory.

• Must have basic computer and smartphone skills and own a smartphone.

• Valid driver’s license and insurability as a driver are required.

• Willingness to travel to stores and occasionally out of town.

• Ability to work independently.

• Capable of lifting and/or carrying up to 80lbs from ground level to overhead.

• Able to push and pull with arms applying a force of up to 30lbs.

• Proficient in crouching, stooping, squatting, kneeling, bending/twisting at the waist, reaching, and manipulating objects.

• Capable of carrying, erecting, and climbing ladders.

• Able to sit, stand, and walk for extended durations.

• Willingness to work in extreme hot or cold temperatures.
