Verification & Onboarding Operations Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and assess reported content, user actions, and possible breaches of platform policies.

• Conduct employer verification, which includes KYC, data assessments, and job hygiene checks.

• Implement policies through issuing warnings, removing jobs, suspending accounts, or imposing bans.

• Communicate with users and employers to clarify KYC requirements and policy infringements.

• Assist users and employers in understanding how to adhere to policies.

• Detect trends related to fraud, hate speech, harassment, and other safety issues.

• Collaborate with verification teams, customer support, and the sales department.

• Enhance guidelines, workflows, and best practices to bolster platform safety.

• Achieve productivity and quality targets established by management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• Prior experience in trust & safety, content moderation, or risk management is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Exceptional communication (English & Hindi required) and interpersonal skills, particularly in user interactions.

• Capability to work autonomously and make swift, informed choices under pressure.

• Proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office applications.

• A laptop/desktop with a reliable internet connection is necessary.

• Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
