This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers from other service providers who have home services (Internet, Cable, Fixed Telephony).

• Persuade them to switch to Claro by offering exclusive promotions.

• Manage sales from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

• Complete 8 days of training from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

• Work in a 100% remote setup.

• Serve the Claro Peru market as part of the ImpulsA365 team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 month experience in Call Center sales.

• Must have a PC or laptop to work from home.

• Processor requirement: at least Core i3 or Ryzen 3 from the tenth generation or equivalent.

• Minimum of 8GB RAM.

• USB headset required.

• A wired Internet connection with speeds exceeding 40 Mbps.

• Education: Junior High School.

• Skills: Commercial communication.
