This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers of other operators who use home services (Internet, Cable, Landline Telephone).

• Persuade clients to switch to Claro through exclusive promotions.

• Operate in a fully remote capacity.

• Engage in training for a duration of 8 days.

• Manage sales from Monday to Saturday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

• Enjoy Sundays and holidays off.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 month of sales experience in a Call Center.

• Must have a PC or laptop to work from home.

• Processor should be at least Core i3 or Ryzen 3 from the tenth generation or equivalent.

• Minimum RAM of 8 GB.

• USB headset required.

• Wired Internet connection of more than 40 Mbps.

• Completion of secondary education.

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Willingness to undergo 8 days of training from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
