This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers from other service providers who are using Home services (Internet, Cable, Landline).

• Persuade them to switch to Claro through exclusive promotions.

• Work hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday.

• Participate in an 8-day training program from 9 AM to 5 PM.

• Manage remote sales for Claro Perú.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 month of sales experience in a Call Center.

• Must have a PC or laptop to work from home.

• Processor should be at least Core i3 or Ryzen 3 from the tenth generation or equivalent.

• Minimum 8GB of RAM.

• USB headset is required.

• Internet connection of more than 40 Mbps via cable.

• Education: Junior High School.

• Professional experience: Less than 1 year.
