Vendor Relationship Management Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Act as a primary liaison in the designated region, bridging global supplier relationship strategies with local operational needs.

• Work in conjunction with the Global Supplier Relationship Manager to provide operational and tactical support for global supplier relationship initiatives.

• Assist with escalations from the Aravo helpdesk and address challenges faced by internal and external users.

• Accurately and promptly process requests from clients, internal JLL stakeholders, and suppliers.

• Conduct thorough supplier data due diligence reviews, taking necessary actions to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.

• Keep supplier information updated in Aravo, including contact details, remittance information, compliance status, and payment methods.

• Initiate and oversee Aravo workflows to ensure accurate data mapping across integrated systems.

• Execute Vendor Management Cleanup activities to enhance the supplier database and strengthen vendor relationships.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements, suggest solutions, and engage in continuous improvement initiatives within Sourcing & Procurement.

• Relevant work experience with a focus on procurement services and practices.

• Experience in facility management is highly valued.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to interact with clients, internal JLL requestors, and suppliers at various seniority levels.

• Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple high-priority tasks within tight deadlines.

• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills for addressing complex, ambiguous issues.

• Exceptional attention to detail in data management and revision tasks.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.

• Skilled at managing and prioritizing several projects with competing timelines.

• Capable of working efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

• Flexible, detail-oriented, and a team player.

• Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.

• Familiarity with Aravo supplier onboarding software is preferred but not mandatory.

• Knowledge of JD, Jaggaer, and Corrigo is preferred but not mandatory.

• Previous experience in Sourcing and Procurement is preferred but not mandatory.
