Vehicle Inventory Representative, Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Perform audits at automotive repair facilities following OEM and manufacturer standards

• Conduct monthly vehicle inventory at dealerships by established deadlines

• Travel to automobile dealerships to assess used vehicle fleets

• Record vehicle details such as VIN, equipment configuration, price, and mileage

• Execute necessary visual inspections and accurately document vehicle and audit details

• Provide timely and precise data to support audit programs, reporting, and automotive market evaluation

• Operate independently while adhering to quality standards and meeting deadlines

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Access to personal mobile and/or wi-fi Internet for data submission is necessary

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance are required

• Self-driven with strong time management abilities

• Must reside within a reasonable distance of the assigned vehicle inventory route and be willing to travel up to 50 miles for scheduled audit tasks

• Proficient in using required tablet-based applications and systems

• Must maintain adequate daytime availability on weekdays for recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit work

• Video interview is mandatory

• Candidates are prohibited from using generative AI or automated assistance during interviews unless expressly permitted
