This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
β’ Execute assigned audits at automotive repair facilities in line with OEM and manufacturer guidelines.
β’ Perform monthly vehicle inventory at dealerships within specified deadlines.
β’ Travel to automobile dealerships to assess and inventory used vehicle fleets.
β’ Record each vehicle's VIN, equipment configuration, pricing, and mileage.
β’ Carry out necessary visual inspections.
β’ Accurately document vehicle and audit-related information.
β’ Provide timely and precise data to support audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.
β’ Operate independently while adhering to quality standards and deadlines.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
β’ Capability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
β’ Personal mobile device and/or Wi-Fi internet access required for data submission.
β’ Reliable transportation, a valid driverβs license, and auto insurance are necessary.
β’ Must reside within a reasonable distance from the assigned vehicle inventory route and be willing to travel up to 65 miles for scheduled audit tasks.
β’ Proficiency in using required tablet-based applications and systems.
β’ Ability to maintain sufficient daytime, weekday availability for ongoing monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit assignments.
β’ Self-driven with strong time management abilities.
β’ Video interview is mandatory.
β’ Candidates are prohibited from using generative AI or automated assistance during interviews unless explicitly permitted.
