Automotive Warranty Auditor – Field-Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Evaluate after-sales processes and ensure the adherence of warranty documentation at dealerships throughout the manufacturer's network in France.

• Review the compliance of repair activities and document management in accordance with the manufacturer's standards.

• Gather data, schedule field visits, and pinpoint priority areas for evaluation.

• Conduct audits of repair documentation, replaced components, and manufacturer protocols.

• Detect non-compliance issues, billing or claim discrepancies, and areas for enhancement.

• Clarify discrepancies and offer actionable recommendations to Warranty and After-Sales Managers.

• Collaborate in the development of an action plan with the After-Sales Manager.

• Present audit findings and the action plan to dealership leadership.

• Document activities and address advisory inquiries from the dealer and dealership network.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in the automotive after-sales domain (automotive mechanics/vehicle maintenance, after-sales engineering, quality auditing, service management, or after-sales leadership).

• Strong automotive mechanical and technical acumen to evaluate the integrity of repair and intervention records.

• Competence in IT tools and Excel (for tracking and dashboards).

• Exceptional communication, instructional, and diplomatic abilities.

• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

• Valid Category B driving license.

• Willingness to work in the field and availability for regular travel.

• This position emphasizes automotive technical issues and processes and is not suitable for financial or accounting audit profiles.
