Field Automotive Warranty Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Evaluate after-sales processes and ensure the adherence of warranty documentation within the manufacturer's dealership network across France.

• Review the conformity of repair tasks and documentation management aligned with the manufacturer's standards.

• Collect case data, organize on-site activities, and pinpoint critical control points.

• Perform dealership audits and assess repair documentation, replaced components, and manufacturer protocols.

• Detect issues of non-compliance, anomalies in billing/claims, and prospects for operational enhancement.

• Clarify discrepancies to Warranty and After-Sales Managers while offering practical suggestions.

• Collaborate in developing an action plan alongside the After-Sales Manager.

• Present and validate audit results and the action plan to dealership leadership.

• Deliver precise reporting and address inquiries from the agent and dealer network.

• Join a team of traveling auditors who report directly to the Team Leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in automotive after-sales, including areas such as automotive mechanics/vehicle maintenance, after-sales engineering, quality/audit, service management, or after-sales management.

• Strong mechanical and technical knowledge of automobiles, facilitating the evaluation of repair file consistency.

• Proficiency in IT tools and Excel, including tracking and dashboard functionalities.

• Exceptional communication, coaching, and diplomatic abilities.

• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

• Capability to work autonomously as well as in a team setting.

• Valid Category B driver's license.

• Willingness to travel frequently.

• This position is centered around automotive technical issues and processes, not intended for financial or accounting audit backgrounds.
