Automotive Warranty Field Auditor – M/F

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Evaluate automotive aftersales workflows and verify the adherence to repair and documentation standards at dealerships.

• Collect case data, organize field visits, and pinpoint key priority checkpoints.

• Perform audits at dealerships that include reviewing repair files, replaced parts, and manufacturer protocols.

• Detect instances of non-compliance, billing inconsistencies, and potential areas for operational enhancement.

• Clarify discrepancies to Warranty and Aftersales Managers while offering actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with the Aftersales Manager to develop a strategic plan for addressing discrepancies and enhancing site performance.

• Share audit results and the proposed action plan with dealership leadership.

• Ensure precise reporting and address inquiries from agents and the dealer network.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in automotive aftersales, including automotive mechanics/vehicle maintenance, aftersales engineering, quality/audit, service management, or aftersales management.

• Strong mechanical and technical knowledge of automotive systems, allowing for effective evaluation of repair file consistency.

• Proficient in IT tools and Excel, with skills in tracking and creating dashboards.

• Excellent communication, instructional, and interpersonal skills.

• Systematic approach and analytical thinking capabilities.

• Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Possession of a valid Category B driving license.

• Willingness to travel frequently and work in the field.

• This position emphasizes automotive technical expertise and processes rather than financial or accounting audits.
