Vehicle Inventory Representative, Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Perform audits at automotive repair facilities following OEM and manufacturer guidelines, adjusted according to site availability and scheduling.

• Carry out monthly vehicle inventories at dealerships by the designated deadline.

• Execute necessary visual inspections while accurately recording vehicle and audit details.

• Ensure that data is submitted promptly and accurately to support audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.

• Operate independently while adhering to quality standards and meeting assigned deadlines.

• Travel to automobile dealerships to inventory used vehicle fleets, documenting VIN, equipment configuration, pricing, and mileage information.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Capability to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.

• Access to a personal mobile device and/or wi-fi Internet for data submission is mandatory.

• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.

• Self-driven individual with robust time management abilities.

• Must reside within a reasonable mileage radius of the assigned vehicle inventory route and be willing to travel up to 150 miles for scheduled audit tasks.

• Proficient in using required tablet-based applications and systems for completing assigned vehicle inventory and audit responsibilities.

• Ability to maintain adequate daytime, weekday availability for recurring monthly vehicle inventories and scheduled audit assignments.

• A video interview is a prerequisite for this position.
