Vehicle Inventory Representative, Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Perform audits at automotive repair facilities in accordance with OEM and manufacturer standards, based on site availability and scheduling.

• Execute monthly vehicle inventory at dealerships by the designated deadline, with the ability to choose when to complete the work.

• Carry out necessary visual inspections while accurately recording vehicle and audit details.

• Ensure timely and precise data submission to support audit programs, reporting, and automotive market assessment.

• Work independently while adhering to quality benchmarks and assigned timelines.

• Travel to automobile dealerships to inventory used vehicle fleets by logging each vehicle’s VIN, equipment configuration, price, and mileage.

• Conduct audits of automotive repair facilities within a designated geographical area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Access to a personal mobile device and/or wi-fi Internet for data submission is mandatory.

• Dependable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance are required.

• Self-driven with excellent time management abilities.

• Must reside within a reasonable distance from the assigned vehicle inventory route and be willing to travel up to 150 miles for scheduled audit assignments.

• Proficiency in utilizing required tablet-based applications and systems for completing assigned vehicle inventory and audit tasks.

• Ability to maintain adequate daytime, weekday availability to fulfill recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit responsibilities.

• A video interview is a prerequisite for this position.
