This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Perform audits at automotive repair facilities in line with OEM and manufacturer guidelines, based on site availability and scheduling.

• Complete monthly vehicle inventories at dealerships by the designated deadline, with the flexibility to decide when tasks are finished.

• Travel to specific automobile dealerships to assess used vehicle fleets.

• Record information for each vehicle, including VIN, equipment configuration, price, and mileage.

• Execute required visual inspections while accurately documenting vehicle and audit data.

• Ensure timely and precise data submission to facilitate audit programs, reporting, and automotive market valuation.

• Work independently while adhering to quality standards and meeting assigned deadlines.

• Willingness to work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Personal mobile device and/or reliable wi-fi Internet access is necessary for data submission.

• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance are required.

• Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities.

• Must reside within a reasonable distance of the assigned vehicle inventory route and be available to travel up to 150 miles for scheduled audit tasks.

• Proficiency in using required tablet-based applications and systems to complete assigned vehicle inventory and audit responsibilities.

• Availability during daytime hours on weekdays to fulfill recurring monthly vehicle inventory and scheduled audit tasks.

• A video interview is mandated for this position.

• Candidates must refrain from using generative AI or automated assistance during interviews unless specifically authorized by the interview team for a particular exercise.
