Vehicle Inspector

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Conduct Remote Video Assessments and create reports utilizing a specialized digital application.

• Utilize automotive knowledge for retail and business clients across a diverse range of motor vehicles.

• Reach out to customers to schedule Remote Video Assessments.

• Communicate with owners, sellers, and purchasing customers regarding assessment findings.

• Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

• Track the progress of bookings throughout the day.

• Anticipate and address issues to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and turnaround times.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in the automotive sector is preferred, particularly with a variety of motor vehicles or caravans.

• A proactive, can-do attitude and a results-oriented approach.

• A strong customer-focused mindset and a dedication to providing outstanding customer service.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Experience in fault-finding.

• Familiarity with Apple iOS and Android platforms is advantageous.

• Ability to work independently and contribute value during quieter times.

• Accurate data entry capabilities.

• Capacity to meet deadlines effectively.

• Initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to think quickly under pressure.

• Full-time Australian working rights on a continuous basis.
