Property Inspector – Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct inspections of residential, commercial, and specialized properties, both inside and outside.

• Adhere to route plans organized and scheduled by the service team.

• Execute five pre-arranged day trips, managing approximately 40 appointments weekly throughout the nationwide service network.

• Evaluate and record the structural and technical condition of properties within the region.

• Measure and compute living areas.

• Document the current construction status and any necessary or completed maintenance actions.

• Engage in regular digital communications with colleagues regarding ongoing team topics.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong affinity for the real estate sector with initial experience in the industry, or a keen interest in this field.

• Preferably, familiarity with living-area calculations and property measurement techniques.

• Excellent communication skills, dependability, and an autonomous work style.

• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and a strong sense of accountability.

• Professional, service-focused, and approachable demeanor.

• Proficient use of Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook.

• Valid Category B driver's license with some driving experience.

• Very good command of German, both in written and spoken forms.
